If you hadn't told me it was there I don't think I would have noticed, I would not say it has changed the handling perceptibly, which is quite disappointing.
Maybe the real problem is that the sack truck wheels have hardly any grip. I am tempted to try inflating them a bit more as they are a bit low on pressure, maybe being low on pressure means they don't really have a preference for which direction they travel, seems unlikely.
I tried with both one-wheel-drive and two-wheel-drive, and in both cases it performed broadly the same as it did without the extra weight.
Moving the seat forwards has a much bigger effect than adding the concrete weight.
