Rapid Metals order arrived today, so I've made:

Acetal bushes for leaf spring shackles:

Machined down the pieces of box section for the uprights:

These are 48mm tall instead of 40mm tall as designed in CAD, I don't think it will do any harm, might help, and it seemed silly to spend forever machining off 8mm of extra height for no reason.

And blanks for the leaf spring shackles:

These will be CNC machined to locate the holes and round the ends.
