Plasma cutter

Y axis now rigged up and working:

And with legs on so it doesn't need clamping to the bench:

Next step is put the electronics inside this box:

It's a stainless steel box I got from a charity shop for £5 years ago and assumed I'd find a use for. Finally found one.

I may want to purchase an emergency stop button, maybe some connectors, unsure yet.

Also need to redo the X axis cable trap adjustment things.

The Y axis cable adjustment may want modifying so it is pressing against a teel part instead of a plastic one, the plastic seems to be bending already.

I already have an on/off machine power control switch which I'm OK with using also as an emergency stop.

I also have some switches that say they're OK for up to 3 amps at 250v, unsure if I will need these but potentially want to add as a secondary switch for the torch trigger. So the plasma arc will only light when the FluidNC relay asks it to and the switch on the panel allows it. Should give me a way to easily test programs without lighting the torch etc.

Although, can easily do that already by just not turning the plasma machine on. Maybe I'm over-complicating it and don't need a second switch at all.

I will want the gcode sender to automatically restore your coordinate system across a reconnection.
