That will fit nicely between the chassis rails and have 2 M10 bolts or threaded rods go all the way through to hold it in place.
Unsure which way up I'd rather install it. Originally I was imagining that I'd put the open end upwards so that it isn't seen, and so that loose pieces of concrete can't flake out etc.
But maybe you want the bolts near the bottom so that they can squeeze the chassis rails together slightly to clamp the block nice and tight?
OK, so maybe I'll just move the bolt holes to the bottom and then I can keep the plastic side facing down.
The volume inside the cavity is about 4 litres, which according to ChatGPT would weigh about 9kg if made of concrete. I may bulk that out with lead and steel scrap so may end up a bit heavier.
This now has black Hammerite paint on the metal and white "knot-block" primer on the wood:
I have some green paint coming tomorrow.
