Foot plates:

They are secured to the chassis by 4 long screws. Unsure what the pull-out force would be, seems fine for now but I can definitely imagine it getting ripped out if you jump on it too hard. If that happens I'll make some brackets to bolt the angle iron to the sides of the chassis.
