Gear cutting

Plan is:

1. Make a new cutter, slightly longer, and pack the other side of the vice with a drill bit so it is definitely clamping parallel. And square the vice to the table.

2. Part off a brass disc (several?) and use the superglue arbor to cut teeth on it, one gear at a time.
