Around Christmas 2009, tempurpedic.cz were "hotlinking" an image of a Christmas hat off the incoherency.co.uk server (which also happened to be the number 1 Google image result for "christmas hat").

On the 23rd of December, I replaced the file where the image used to be with a script that would serve up the real christmas hat to most people, but a picture of the Grinch to anyone who's HTTP referrer included "tempurpedic.cz".

I'm writing this here as a reminder to myself never to "hotlink" images off other people's servers.
